Hello!
I’m glad you're here. If you're reading this, you’re probably in some way affected by the issue of childhood sexual abuse. This can be a difficult and often lonely journey, but I want you to know that you are not alone.

I created the Elmondhatom Foundation to share my own experiences with you. As a child, I experienced sexual abuse, and it took me a long time to learn how to live with its consequences. I want to show you how I am working to replace shame and loneliness with freedom and ease.

In the materials on this site, I share the methods and self-help tools I used to alleviate the tightness in my chest, increase my self-esteem, overcome the urge to punish myself, learn to like myself, and how I learned to connect with others in a healthy way. I believe everyone deserves to live a liberated, fulfilled life. In the video series, I will present my healing process, and I hope this can give you strength and hope as well.

It’s important to clarify: I am not a therapist, but a peer who shares my own experiences and tools. If you feel the need to talk to someone or need support in your healing process, I warmly suggest seeking out a trained professional. A therapist can provide the tools and safe space to truly help process your feelings and guide you on the path to healing.

If you don’t know where to find a therapist, try the Hedepy therapist search tool, or after registering, you can even write anonymously in the Fiatal FelnÅ‘ttek Lelkiznek Facebook group. You can receive very helpful feedback on therapists there.
If you're in trouble or want to talk to someone in a safe environment, I suggest you reach out to the Kék Vonal (Blue Line).

If you need legal advice regarding children's rights, I recommend the Hintalovon Foundation. The NANE helpline offers comprehensive support for women who have experienced abuse. I am here to share what helped me, but true and deep support can come from talking to a professional. You are valuable and deserve the best support.
